Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Delays
Delivery can occasionally be delayed by high order volume or holiday periods, carrier delays, severe weather, or incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order hasn't arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
